Tania Francis
A solicitor who launched and encouraged a malicious vendetta against her own half-sister Melissa.
A partner in the law firm, Hempsons LLP, she has used her expertise to orchestrate a defamation campaign despite knowing she had no hard evidence.
This is a call for Tania to repent, apologise and make her wrongs right for all those who have been harmed through her false allegations.

Why is Tania Francis being accountable?
Tania Francis has been given ample opportunities in text messages, letters, police warnings and even applications for court orders to cease her actions from smearing and destroying Lighthouse International – the organisation where her half-sister Melissa is working and being supported – in order to coercively control her and her life decisions.
Tania has colluded with other members of Melissa’s family to smear her and those around her in order to continue to isolate, infantilise and control her, including their father Martin Francis. Tania has also had extensive contact with destructive ex-associates of Lighthouse who have conspired to create false allegations along with her.
Despite all the evidence that will be gradually released on this website, Tania Francis has lied and denied (even though there is tangible evidence of her wrongdoing) whilst continuing to facilitate the defamation of her sister and fellow Christians at Lighthouse. Tania Francis knows the damage she has done but yet she refuses to acknowledge it and repent for it. Until she has made this right, we will continue to seek justice.

Tania’s Destructive Actions
Tania Francis relies on presenting herself a certain way to the world whilst hiding a more sinister side that she, sadly, refuses to acknowledge, make amends for or repent in any way thus far.
Harassment and stalking
Tania Francis infantilised and sought to control her younger half-sister by refusing to respect her life choices and undermining them. She then refused to leave her alone and give her space to heal. Even after being warned by the police, Tania changed tack but continued.
Starting a Narcissistic Smear Campaign
The very first posts on a Reddit smear campaign against her half-sister’s organisation, Lighthouse International, were written by Tania Francis. She wrote that she was trying to get an investigation started despite having no evidence.
Lying to a Court of Law
Tania and the smear campaigners falsely triggered an investigation to get Lighthouse International, where her sister is an associate, shut down. Tania provided a false testimony to the Insolvency Service investigator which was then submitted to a court of law to acheive her aim.
Refusing Olive Branches
Despite everything that Tania had done to sabotage her half sister’s livelihood and relationships, Tania was offered an olive branch by way of a cross-undertaking for a court order. This would have given time of no-contact to heal and a sign of goodwill. It was a great opportunity for peace, yet Tania refused.

Where did this all start?
A mother and a partner at Hempsons LLP, Tania has created, both privately and professionally, a brand of being highly intelligent and seemingly so-called compassionate. However the true mark of anyone’s character is how they handle the truth and challenges.
When her half-sister started confronting her and other members of her family on their infantilising behaviour which was damaging her and her health, Tania could not bear the thought that she had “failed”. But rather than accept that she had made mistakes in judgement, be humbled and to learn, she instead took no accountability, gaslit her sister and shifted the blame to break down her sister’s support system.
This is known as a “narcissistic smear campaign”, where a narcissistic person will smear the person they have bullied so that no one will believe them when they report the abuse, or attacking someone associated with their target to isolate their target and regain control of them. A “covert narcissist” will do this through guilt, switch between being ‘a saint’ and ‘a victim’, feigning concern, undermining personal autonomy and obsessive neediness.

NHS management is a bullying, incompetent cult.
What does this revelation from Nancy Pearson, that the NHS is a cult, mean for Tania Francis? Does this mean that Tania will be working to get her surgeon husband out of the NHS if she is so concerned about cults? If Tania Francis were genuinely trying to “save her half-sister from a cult”, a totally baseless claim, will she be applying the same anti-cult fervency to her husband? On that matter, given her husband remains peacefully in his position, this proves Tania’s so-called motives and her entire defence of her actions to be false and indeed there is an ulterior motive.

This website has been created for a number of primary purposes:
- To hold Tania Francis (married name Cruise) accountable for her toxic, controlling and manipulative behaviour including defamation.
- To encourage her to repent and, God willing, she accepts Christ as saviour for her sins.
- To help others who have faced narcissistic and malignant emotional and psychological abuse in families.
- To help those with similar experiences to stand up to abuse and advocate for healthy regenerative families.
- To build a Groundswell of those who have been wronged either by a toxic family member, friend or colleague to support one another.
Even our blighted and benighted society realizes that a person’s reputation is his or her most valued asset. It must be protected.
All families have their challenges, but when family members are causing huge damage to their own family members by attacking them, breaking them down, not taking responsibility, smearing them and manipulating them and others around them, then a family ceases to be the safe institution it is supposed to be.
The hope and prayers for this website are that it can be a catalyst for change for Tania and that the toxic individuals she encourages can reform through her example.
